Eurostars-3 Call 12 announced for international R&D and innovation projects. The 12th Eurostars-3 call for projects (Call 12) has been officially announced. The call will open on 17 December 2026, with a submission deadline of 4 March 2027 at 14:00 CET.

Eurostars is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs, co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe. The programme supports international collaborative R&D and innovation projects with strong market potential.

Who can apply?

Project consortia must be led by an innovative SME from a Eurostars country and include at least two independent organisations from at least two participating countries. Bulgaria participates in Call 12.

Projects may address different technological and sectoral fields and must comply with the Eurostars international eligibility criteria as well as the applicable national funding requirements.

Applications are submitted centrally through the Eureka Project Management Platform.
