Globalstars is a Eureka programme that extends international research and development cooperation to partners in countries and regions outside the Eureka network.

The programme supports collaborative international projects between organisations from Eureka countries or regions and partners in leading and emerging markets worldwide. Project consortia may include SMEs, large companies, higher education institutions, research organisations and other eligible partners. Funding is provided by the National Funding Bodies of the countries and regions participating in the relevant call, in accordance with the applicable national rules.
